During her years of leadership, Bonnie has served as the guiding force in securing Challenger Lighting's stature as an industry leader in hospitality lighting with her company's ability to manufacture domestically and internationally.

She actively has supported her community by serving on local school boards, college foundations and was the only woman chairman of the Valley Industrial Association (VIA), a 115-year old manufacturing trade association.

Her successes and influence in the business community are attributable not just to her phenomenal business acumen, but also because she touches the lives of anybody she works with.
